Huntsville, Al – Freedom Real Estate & Capital has announced an agreement with Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) to expand the technology company’s headquarters in Office Park South. The new lease agreement includes over 12,000 square feet across 3 floors in Building 700. The Office Park South Complex in south Huntsville is comprised of 3 multi-tenant buildings with over 115,000 total square feet of office space.

For the past 9 years, Monte Sano Research has occupied a smaller space in Building 600 of Office Park South. This move significantly increases the company’s space, while providing the opportunity to customize the square footage to achieve specific goals.
“We saw the original space in Building 600 as our ‘starter home,” said Steve Thornton, President and CEO of MSRC. “When it came time for us to move into a bigger house, we felt the right move for our organization was to work with Freedom Real Estate if possible.” Monte Sano Research Corporation will officially occupy the new space in July.
