Superintendent

Mr. Andy Chapman, a seasoned construction professional, joined Freedom Real Estate in May 2023 as Superintendent, specializing in New Construction.  Prior to this role, Andy garnered 18 years of invaluable experience with an international construction company. Since entering the construction industry in 2001, he has excelled in high-security projects for the U.S. Government, Defense Contractors, Pharmaceutical, and Medical sectors.

Andy’s journey began after high school when he embraced a laborer’s role, discovering his passion for the trades. He pursued ongoing education, obtaining certifications including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, ADEM QCI, Last Planner, Lean Construction, and Pull Planning. Combining hands-on expertise with a solid educational foundation, Andy excels in managing projects across various scales, particularly in high-security contexts.

Currently serving as Superintendent at Freedom Real Estate, Andy’s leadership elevates our New Construction endeavors. His years of experience infuse professionalism, expertise, and positivity into every project.
