Project Superintendent

Gary Mann joined Freedom Real Estate & Capital team in March of 2023, assuming the position of Project Superintendent with a primary focus on Owner Consulting. Prior to his affiliation with Freedom, Gary accumulated an impressive 45 years of experience in the construction industry, demonstrating versatility across a broad spectrum of projects ranging from nuclear sites to industrial and commercial developments. His professional journey encompasses diverse roles, beginning as a skilled craftsman and advancing to project management positions. For more than three decades, Gary held a pivotal role as a supervisor overseeing industrial and commercial projects primarily in North Alabama, while also contributing to projects in various other regions of the United States.

Native to Alabama, Gary’s educational background includes attendance at Northwest Shoals Community College. He also completed the United Association apprenticeship program for Plumbers & Pipefitters. His commitment to professional excellence is exemplified through the attainment of certifications such as Master Plumber/Gasfitter state license, Universal CFC, OSHA 30, and several others.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Gary actively engages with the community, dedicating his time to charitable endeavors like the Soup Kitchen for the Homeless. Additionally, he remains closely involved with churches focused on assisting individuals grappling with addiction.
