Torch Technologies announces a major construction project to renovate and occupy a new headquarters facility and conference center. Torch has partnered with Freedom Real Estate & Capital to develop the properties and will serve as the anchor tenant of the multi-tenant facility which will be named The Freedom Center. John Watson, President of Torch Technologies, commented that “We are excited to be growing and be in a position to establish a permanent Corporate Headquarters in southeast Huntsville. We are anxious to complete the new facilities for our employee-owners as well as the customers we serve on Redstone Arsenal.”
The Freedom Center campus will cover 12 acres, with facilities that will increase efficiency and allow the company to continue to grow right here in Huntsville. The campus will include state-of-the-art office spaces, a conference center, park, and landscaped areas, fitness facilities, enhanced break areas, and other collaborative spaces. Not only will this campus provide a convenient office location for hundreds of Huntsville employees, but we also intend to add to the beauty of the existing buildings and create a landmark with the Freedom Center and the surrounding campus,” said Torch CEO Bill Roark. “This project brings much-needed revitalization to southeast Huntsville, and this facility will provide immediate access to Redstone Arsenal and should be an asset for companies supporting Redstone.”
