Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC. (Freedom) recently announced that its Board of Directors has promoted two new Vice Presidents effective January 1, 2022.

Brenda Conville has served as Director of Real Estate for Freedom since 2017 and will be the Vice President of Real Estate with this promotion. Lee Holland has served as Director of Capital Projects for Freedom since 2019 and will be the Vice President of Development and Construction with this promotion.

Since joining the company in 2017, Brenda Conville has led the team in daily operations of the company, including the business planning and brokerage activities, as well as overseeing the property management, financial operations, marketing, and tenant relations. Conville has also coordinated the activities associated with acquisitions, as well as the construction and project management related to tenant improvements. Conville assists the CEO with the development and implementation of strategic business and operational plans and projects. “I joined Freedom in 2017 because I wanted to be part of a company that not only had an established reputation for its ethics and values, but also had vast possibilities for growth and innovation as well as an entrepreneurial spirit,” said Conville. “Today it is even more clear to me that Freedom is that company. Lee Holland joined Freedom in 2019 as Director of Capital Projects and has provided leadership and oversight for all aspects of the capital building programs and owner consulting projects ranging from Greenfield building projects to building expansions/renovations and tenant fit-outs. Additionally, he assists the CEO with the development and implementation of strategic business and operational programs. About Brenda Conville: Brenda Conville has served as Director of Real Estate of Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC (Freedom) since April of 2017. Prior to joining Freedom, Conville spent over thirty years leading the brokerage and property management functions at two prominent commercial real estate companies in Huntsville, and also led the facilities management for an international defense contractor. Conville holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Athens State University and has earned the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

About Lee Holland: Lee Holland has served as Director of Capital Projects of Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC (Freedom) since July of 2019. Prior to his role with Freedom, Holland served as Huntsville Executive for an international construction company. He has more than 23 years of senior level management and leadership experience in construction and has expertise working with clients representing diverse markets ranging from privately held companies to global corporations. Holland graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Business Minor. He earned the Certified Professional Constructor designation and is a member of the American Institute of Constructors. He achieved the LEED AP designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
