Huntsville, AL – August 29, 2023 – Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC broke ground today on a 54,000 square-foot Class A office building at Hays Farm in South Huntsville. This will be the first Class A office building to be constructed in South Huntsville.
The three-story building will overlook a first-class 9-acre city park and is part of the Hays Farm development. Hays Farm is an 850-acre master-planned community featuring over 500 single-family homes, 600 multifamily units, an office park, restaurants, retail, and over 10 miles of walking trails.
The office building is conveniently located between Gates 1 & 3 at Redstone Arsenal. The building will have state-of-the-art amenities and is designed to attract top businesses and talent to South Huntsville.
