Project Manager

Jonathan serves as Project Manager for Freedom Real Estate and Capital, LLC. He is responsible for managing projects from conception to closeout working directly with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors. Jonathan has over 20 years of experience serving as a Project Manager in various roles in construction. He has worked as a General Contractor, Subcontractor, Architect Representative, and Owner Consultant, and understands everyone’s role in the design and construction process. His project experience includes large commercial, research laboratories, government, defense, light industrial, and tenant renovations. Jonathan values teamwork and works to build strong relationships with everyone on the project team.

Prior to joining Freedom in November 2022, Jonathan served as Project Manager for an internationally recognized Biotech research institute. In that position, he managed all construction projects ranging from interior office and lab renovations to new building construction.

Jonathan is a Licensed Alabama Home Builder and holds LEED Green Associate (GA) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Facility Management Professional (FMP) accreditations. Jonathan is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
