Property Manager

A native of Huntsville, Melissa Patch joined Freedom Real Estate & Capital in August 2017. A seasoned professional with nearly twenty years of commercial property management experience, Melissa has navigated a wide range of property management projects throughout her career – from multi-family and mini-storage development to management of office parks and retail centers. Melissa focuses on maintaining strong relationships with tenants and owners and brings an energizing level of honesty, dedication, and dependability as she works on behalf of our investment portfolio.

Melissa’s extensive experience with all aspects of property management means she is as confident with leasing, tenant improvements, and the day-to-day building operations as she is with maintaining vendor relationships and financial reporting. She is highly skilled in budget preparation and operating cost reconciliations.

She currently serves as Treasurer for the local chapter of the Building Owners’ and Manager’s Association (BOMA) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate pursuing the CCIM designation.
