Project Director

Tyce Hudson provides leadership over the Owner Consulting line of business in addition to serving as principal-in-charge on significant developments.

He began his career in construction in 1989 as a teenager for Hudson Electric Company, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama. He worked for the nation’s largest Construction Manager for almost 24 years prior to recently joining Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC. He has served in numerous roles from an Assistant Superintendent to Project Executive throughout multiple market segments which provides him with creative skills for solving the most difficult project challenges.

In the Community, Tyce currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Downtown Huntsville, Inc as well as on the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He has served as Past Board Chair for the North Alabama Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and served on the United Way of Madison County Board of Directors. He enjoys spending time volunteering for community organizations such as CASA, HEALS, Habitat for Humanity, the Mana House, Kids to Love, to name a few.

Tyce is an Alabama native. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C) as well as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
