Freedom Real Estate and Capital, LLC, a Huntsville-based real estate investment company, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the properties at 4035 Chris Drive, 4090 South Memorial Parkway, 4070 South Memorial Parkway, and 4080 South Memorial Parkway for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $4.5M. The two 4 story buildings and surrounding properties occupy the full southern corner of Golf Road and South Memorial Parkway. These properties currently offer over 80,000 square feet of rentable area. The combined properties offer approximately 12 acres of land that will support future development.

One of the buildings currently serves as the headquarters for both Torch Technologies, Inc. and Invariant Corporation. It will also serve as the headquarters for the newly formed Freedom Real Estate and Capital, LLC.

The buildings’ architecture will be preserved as a multimillion-dollar renovation to the properties will update the interior, building mechanicals, and infrastructure and will positively change the look of the campus surrounding the buildings.
